OI Partners works all around Australia, including in regional centres, and has also consulted extensively in New Zealand and in numerous Asian markets. Most of our business comes to us through referral or is of a repeat nature.
Regional Experience
We love to get out into the regions. In fact OI partners has substantial experience recruiting into regional locations. In fact ,many of our partner clients are regionally based and include centres such as Northern and Northeast Victoria, Southern NSW, Albury- Wodonga as well as Western Victoria and Gippsland, amongst others.

We fill just on 97% of all the recruitment roles we manage, and this is against an industry average in the 70’s.
No assignment is considered too challenging and we we ensure only a small team works exclusively on any senior level search.
Our rigorous selection processes allow us to offer a 12-month guarantee on any executive we place.
International Reach
We have great in-house research capacity backed with overseas researchers who have worked with us in the past to find candidates out of North America, Europe, Asia and New Zealand for clients here in Australia as well as overseas locations.
We are also part of the OI Global Partners Group, enabling us to have access to “on the ground” support in over 20 countries including the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
